Classic Car Design offers you this beautiful Renault 8 Gordini 1300 R 1135 type. Acquired around 15 years ago by its last owner, who restored it himself over several years. Overall, it is in very good condition.
The bodywork, in the famous French blue, is shiny and attractive despite minor signs of use. The underbody has been treated and shows no signs of corrosion. The bumpers and their fittings, now dismantled, are available. The beautiful vintage Delta Mics wheels give this icon a sportier look. Perhaps a detail for some, but the car is fitted with the famous SEV Marchal Caravelle 33 windscreen wipers!
The interior is very nice, whether it's the seats, the floor mats or the roof lining... Specialists will have noticed the additional gauge which meant that one of the toggle buttons had to be repositioned. But it still has its beautiful Quillery steering wheel!
Mechanically, all the components are in good working order: engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes... The last technical inspection in June was clean. The airbox has been replaced by horns, but despite a change of body during restoration, the embossing is still there, as are the wing reinforcements, the embossing for the gearbox and the hollow in the bonnet to let the brake fluid jar through...
