Owned by a previous keeper for 33 years, this lovely 1500cc MG TF in Almond Green, is in very good order throughout. Although we don’t have much history on this car, it is obvious that it has undergone a comprehensive restoration and that it has been well maintained ever since. The 1500 TF is highly desirable, and is definitely the best of the T Types for everyday usage. This car starts easily and drives very well indeed, with good performance, strong engine, excellent gearbox, back axle and suspension. We have recently fitted four brand new Continental tyres onto the chrome wire wheels which are again, in excellent order. The paintwork is very good with just a few age-related blemishes, the underside is as clean as a whistle, as is the under-bonnet area. The interior is in good order and to the original specification, and the canvas hood, side screens and tonneau cover are all first class. The car will come with a new MOT. We have a continuation book from 1964 and current V5C.
