Fairly low milage and original example.

Driven just over 180, 000 km with very good service history from new. Just had a service including cambelt and water pump, also just had a fresh road inspection (MOT/ TUV).

It was sold new here in Finland and registered with its first owner on 06. 09. 1989. Included is the original folder with all manuals and service book, also a sales brochure.

There are a few services not recorded/ stamped but nevertheless the milage tallies up, there are also many receipts with the milage recorded. The previous owner purchased it in 2015 with a recorded milage of just over 161, 000 km, he did not have the service book stamped but kept a full record of the maintenance and milage.

When I went to purchase the car, I inspected it thoroughly and measured the thickness of the paint. I was quite surprised at how well kept it was and its nice original condition. The paint thickness was very even all around the car and quite low (original or once painted), except for the driver’s door having a high reading. I questioned the owner about the driver’s door and he explained that someone had reversed into it, there is a photo of the damage and luckily enough it was only the door that was damaged. This was repaired by the insurance company and done very well, only noticeable due to measuring the paint thickness.

The interior is very nice but not perfect. The dash has had an auxiliary meter fitted which required a hole drilling, there is a used undamaged dash included though. The rear seat is split in one place and has the foam exposed, this should be an easy fix though.

At the inspection (MOT/ TUV) I was able to take some photos of the underneath, which is in rust free condition. It looks to have been rust protected from new, also I could not spot any previous repairs. Spare wheel is missing though.

I am currently using this car as my weekend driver and enjoying every minute, you really need to drive one to appreciate what awesome cars these are.
