Restored by Octagon Cars some years ago, this pretty TD has been owned by the same enthusiast since 2011 and has only had five owners since new, two from the same family.
There is a wonderful service history back to 1963 when the second owner took on the car, through to the present day. The third owner exchanged a J2 and an L1 for the TD in 1991 and kept it until 2007. It changed hands a couple of times until the last owner acquired it in 2011. There are MOT certificates back to 1970.
A new clutch was fitted and the crankshaft re-ground 5, 000 miles ago as well as regular maintenance. We have checked the car over andfitted new brakes throughout.
The MG has a lovely specification with wire wire wheels, chrome radiator slats, spotlights, indicators and looks very pretty in red with tan interior and weather gear
