Description
This 1966 Spitfire Mk2 was a barnstormer from 2020 and has since been fully restored with a magnificent "Phantom Grey" paint job and camel upholstery. The engine, gearbox and axle have been completely overhauled. The upholstery, soft top, paintwork, eponymous painted spoked wheels and wiring harness are all new, as are most of the running gear. The fuel tank has been treated internally with a Restom resin anti-corrosion kit. A magnificent car that I am parting with regret as two other restorations are in progress.
