Description
This magnificent, sporty MGB is undoubtedly one of a kind compared to the many standard MGBs (with chrome or rubber bumpers). At the end of 2021, we acquired this well-maintained roadster, then still in its original version with rubber bumpers. We then decided to convert this MGB, produced in 1975, into a Sebring version. This involved a different front and rear bumper (special for Sebring), a new grille, a lowering kit with new springs, new wheels and tyres, a new rocker cover, stylish foglights and a beautiful exhaust system. As part of this professional transformation, we opted for professional finishing and painting of the bumper seals. We also fitted the car with a completely new soft top and tonneau. The result is a magnificent MGB Roadster in the rare Sebring version. We immortalised the whole project in several videos available on our YouTube channel and our Instagram page. In 2022, the car was sold to an enthusiast, who further improved it in various areas. At the time of purchase, the wheels were painted anthracite with a special two-tone effect. A magnificent chrome luggage rack, a solid vintage leather case and an electronic ignition were also fitted. Unfortunately, this enthusiast had to say goodbye to this unique MGB after about three years for health reasons. This MGB Sebring is in particularly beautiful and immaculate condition. Its elegant and sporty white colour offers an intense shine and harmonises perfectly with the black interior. The body components are perfectly matched, and the doors close securely and safely. The various chromes and trims are still in brilliant condition. The brand-new chrome bullet mirrors give the car extra style. The headlights (combined with the leather strap on the bonnet) give the car an extra sporty character. The interior is still in very good condition. The leatherette seats are particularly comfortable and robust. The dashboard is also in very good condition and all the instruments work properly. The classic car radio also works perfectly. The elegant steering wheel and wooden gear knob add an extra classic touch. This well-maintained MGB is not only beautiful to look at, but also particularly enjoyable to drive. A pleasant, sporty sound emanates from the exhaust and the car drives very smoothly. It's clear that the car has been lovingly maintained. Opening the bonnet reveals a very neat and well-maintained engine compartment. Several MOT reports and service invoices accompany the car. The ride and gear changes are very smooth, and the steering is also very pleasant. The brakes are firm and feel good. This is without doubt a unique MGB, in a special Sebring version, just waiting for the next enthusiast. Visit our website: - details above.
