Please note that Alpina cars are developed on the basis of standard BMWs. In this case, the tuning consists of increasing displacement to 3, 300 cc and higher output to 280 hp instead of 230 hp. Many components are replaced, including radiator, water pump, manifolds. The car’s preparation also revises the gearbox, complete suspension system, upgraded braking system, and differential. All these modifications are specified by the manufacturer and are listed in the illustrative catalogues.
The interior layout is also different, featuring floor mats, steering wheel with gearshift controls, burr walnut trim on doors and dash (typical Alpina).
