1969 Jensen FF Mk1
Ordered new in May of 1968 and rolling off the production line of the Jensen Factory of Kelvin Way in West Bromwich on 16th January 1965. Originally specified in Conifer Green over red leather FF no. 119 was supplied new to a titled gentleman of Suffolk.
Much has been written about the significance and the virtues of the Jensen FF, which there is little point in recounting here, just to say they are a real piece of motoring history and the Jewel in the Jensen crown. Not to mention one of the most desirable cars of the era and a firm favourite with rockstars of the period.
The example here has been painstakingly restored over a period of around 5 years. Now looking resplendent in a darker shade of green, namely Rolls Royce Velvet green, at a glance it looks black in most lights but transforms into a most gorgeous deep green in sunlight. The pictures simply do not do it justice.
One of only 320 Jensen FF's ever produced, and one of only 195 of the Mk1's. Much prettier in our opinion.
