Here for sale is this lovely 1959 Series 2 Morgan 4/ 4! Presented in British Racing Green style coachwork with black leatherette upholstery. Only two owners from new, the First Lady owner having received it for her 21st birthday, it stayed in her ownership until her passing in 2022. During the 1980’s she underwent a total restoration ( photo album of the process comes with the car) so the all important ash frame and chassis is in excellent order, she was then put into long term dry storage. The second owner purchased her from the estate and went about totally recommissioning her for road use, adding an Aquaplane head, manifold and stronger valve springs amongst other things in the process to give her a little more oomph! A heady 38 hp so I’ve been told! She presents very well, albeit with a few blemishes on the coachwork, and has a lovely patina about her. Having covered around 200 miles in her over the last couple of weeks, I can confirm that she always starts on the button and is an absolute pleasure to drive!
