The 4-seater often gets overlooked I don’t know why, you get all the fun of a Morgan sports car but you can share it or use the extra space for more luggage or your furry best friend as there is loads of room on the rear bench seat.
Fitted with the same engine as the legendary Ford Escort XR3, the 1600cc CVH, this car is a fun, peppy drive with a great exhaust note thanks to the sports exhaust which, when you’re driving really puts a smile on your face and a race car at your right foot.
The body work is in great condition, the paint is nice and bright, again this car is 43 years old, hard to believe just looking at it. Inside, there is very little that again says the 4/ 4 is as old as it is. The leather is in a great nick as has really been looked after.
For convenience there is a CD/ radio in the glove box, so when you’re stuck in traffic you can listen to your favourite tunes and because it’s hidden, it gives you a little more security.
The black mohair hood is a nice upgrade if you decide to use it, personally the tonneau is my favourite option, giving you easy of use and extra warmth if needed. The tonneau itself has the headrest covers installed, so you don’t even need to take these off.
All in all, this is a great buy, it is everything you need in a Morgan!
