Description
**** Vintage WO Bentley 4 1/ 2 1930 Le mans style ****
This is a Lovely old lad called The Guvnor which was purchased by the last owners Father (The Guv) on the 6th feb 1952, the day that King George died.
The Bentley had only cover 67, 000 mile by 1952 and to this day has only covered 132, 000 miles with being well kept and maintained through out its life by Father & son, in recent year the old lass had a 5. 3 top end conversion to give her plenty of cursing speed (75/ 80 mph) with very low rev's. The steering is very light with having a hydraulic power steering ram fitted and I have to say that its a delight to drive with one hand, leaving the other hand to answer the phone!! ( Sorry change gear! )
We have a history file with the car, bills, receipts, etc etc, also have the bill of sale when purchased in 1952 and the Motor Sport magazine where the car was advertised! Price tag then was £595 with genuine miles of 67, 000, just run in!
Do remember this is an all matching number Bentley with a great history file!
For more information please lets do it the old fashioned way - by' phone for a proper chat.
