The car is not a show queen, but very presentable - especially with the new mohair hood and heated glass rear window.
It's a 25 year old car, so it does have blemishes. The bolster on the driver's seat shows a bit of wear. The paint isn't perfect. There is a little rust at the back of the n/ s rear wheel arch (see close up pic) and a very small bubble appearing on the o/ s
But on the whole, it's a pretty little thing. Very useable, being all fully serviced and ready to go. And best of all - an absolute hoot to drive!Recent work/ service history (all invoices present) is listed below. 2024 to 2025 I have spent over £1, 200 on maintenance - so you don't have to!
September 2025: 61706 miles. Interim oil service, brake service & brake fluid changed.
August 2024: Steering alignment checked and adjusted.
July 2024: Replaced clutch slave cylinder & fluid.
May 2024: 58942 miles. Major service to include: Cambelt, cambelt tensioner, water pump, new coolant, new coolant cap, pressure test, oil filter, oil, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, alternator belt, new gear cable ends and gaiters.
May 2024: New Catalytic converter fitted supplied by Rimmer Bros. This was because we were struggling with emissions for the MOT. Now passed twice with no problem.
May 2024: New battery fitted (guarantee to 2029).
Jan 2024: new exhaust fitted (standard spec Klarius).
May 2023: Brake fluid changed.
April 2022: New Mohair hood fitted with heated glass rear window.
April 2022: 56906 miles. Interim service plus new wiper motor, new inlet manifold gasket, subframe mount, adjust suspension, clean underbody and apply fresh underseal.
May 2020: New tyres Toyo Proxes front and rear.
Jan 2018: 52, 861 miles. Full service including cam belt, brake fluid, all brake pads, alternator belt, suspension fulcrum pivots, all top ball joints replaced, underbody cleaned and undersealed.
