The SC specification features disc brakes. It has been comprehensively rebuilt covering the engine, gearbox, running gear, braking system, leather upholstery, as well as the entire bodywork. All work is supported by an extensive photo file documenting the restoration, along with numerous invoices for refurbishments.
The mechanicals have been fully reconstructed with the installation of a Big Bore kit, increasing capacity to 1720 cc, complemented by balancing of the crankshaft line. This preparation yields an estimated output of around 105 bhp, delivering noticeably stronger performance than standard while keeping the spirit and feel of the Porsche 356.
This car is also distinguished by a presentation inspired by Historic Competition Vehicles. It features a removable roll bar, a Carrera-style rear decklid, a front tank with a central outlet, as well as stunning Fuchs-style wheels. The bumpers have been removed to enhance its sporty stance and aesthetics directly inspired by 1960s race cars. Despite the preparation, the vehicle remains perfectly usable on the road.
The speedometer has also been restored, and an inspection report accompanies the car. A particularly sought-after point: this Porsche has a standard registration document rather than a collectors’ registration.
