Fully authenticated with a Heritage Trust Certificate of factory build, this outstanding example was registered by Henlys of London on the 19th July 1956.
Presented in completely original "time warp" condition with only 26072 miles. Finished in its original factory red paintwork, it was a personnel carrier in the internal factory fire brigade of the Dickinson Paper Group.
With 5 owners from new and coming with the registration mark XUR 653, it was acquired by G P Gilroy of Gulval, Penzance, Cornwall, on the 18th May 1983 and then by Hexagon of Highgate, London on 4th July 1984. Passed to Roger Perks of Mill Hill, London and later of Arlescote, Banbury on the 31st July 1990, it was then purchased as part of a private collection in 1993, where it has remained ever since.
