EXTERIOR
The Steel Blue Metallic paint is in excellent condition taking into account the slightly higher mileage of this car. The car still has a deep gloss to the lacquer and the paintwork shines to a lovely finish. There are hardly any stone chips considering the higher mileage; it is evident that this has been a car that has been looked after by the previous owners. There are no blemishes or scratches and this example is in great condition for the age. Likewise, all light lenses and trim retain a fresh appearance. Overall, the paintwork is in great condition and is completely free from rust. All of the glass on this car is factory, with the BMW etchings present.
INTERIOR
The Grey Leather is in lovely condition throughout, with minimal wear to be found. The carpet, trim, switches are all free of wear and have aged very well. The seat bolsters show the slightest of wear, consistent with the mileage of this car. The carpets are unmarked and still have a deep pile to them. The dashboard and centre console are also in equally fine condition, with no cracks or sun damage to be found.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This E46 is powered by the M54 3. 0-litre six-cylinder unit, mated to a five-speed automatic gearbox. This results in a beautifully refined drivetrain. This example performs perfectly and the car drives beautifully; responding just as you would expect even upon kick down. The engine bay is completely original and both trim and components have aged very well. Overall, this is an engine bay that is both original yet has a fresh look.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The 18-inch alloy wheels are in wonderful condition, having been recently refurbished and all tyres are Bridgestone, with good tread.
HISTORY
This E46 330i SE was first registered in September 2000 and has a complete service history. The car comes with various receipts and invoices over the years including previous purchasing invoices from BMW dealers. The service book has been fully stamped up over the years, with a large number of stamps from both BMW dealers and BMW specialists. This car has therefore been maintained properly and is ready to be enjoyed on our roads.
