Descrizione
Originally dispatched from the Warwick factory on 22nd September 1966 to a very highly specified specification including wire wheels, heater, adjustable column, tonneau cover and overdrive this BJ8 Phase Two model is an original right hand drive car built to home market specification. The car is fully numbers matching and remains in its original colours of British Racing Green with black wet weather gear and features a Cream/ Light Beige interior with coordinated Green contrast piping.
The exterior paintwork is of very nice quality with no rust or poor repair and good panel fit throughout. The car has an excellent aesthetic with original works style louvers and wider wire wheels, in addition we have just fitted new ‘premium chrome’ bumpers to the car. The original specification Everflex hood is present and fully operational with no tears and fits well.
Mechanically the car is very strong, performing very well with strong oil pressure and keeping good temperature. We have just fitted new shock absorbers, new 'premium' chrome bumpers and fully overhauled the brakes, so this car rides and handles beautifully.
This vehicle is supplied UK registered with MOT, a Heritage Certificate of Authenticity and British Motor Heritage Technical Data as well as a good history file of recent works.
