A 1964 Austin A60 pickup, registration number XFX 89B, chassis number A/ HK6/ 195536, engine number 16AG-N-L-4731, green. Austin's A60 was the last in the line of the popular Austin Cambridge range which began life as the A40 in 1954. Originally supplied with a 1. 2 litre engine, this would grow to a 1. 6 litre to coincide with the launch of the A60. The A60 would be a successful model for Austin with some 275, 000 examples being sold in total. Production came to an end in 1969 for the A60 saloon but commercial versions would remain in production until 1971. Dating from 1964, this now rare light commercial is presented in original condition. The vendor advises us that the A60 has been unused for approximately five years and is now in need of some restoration work. This light commercial will be offered with a history file containing old MOTs, tax discs, and original driver's handbook. V5C, no MOT
