EQUIPMENT
15-inch BBS cross-spoke alloys, power steering, electric windows, electric mirrors, central locking, CD/ radio, tool kit, spare key, owner’s manuals.
EXTERIOR
The exterior Alpine White paintwork is in showroom condition. The car still has a beautiful shine to the lacquer and the paintwork has a glass-like clarity. The car polishes up beautifully and has a lovely lustre throughout. There is no rust, blemishes or scratches and is in excellent condition for the age. Likewise, all light lenses and trim retain a fresh appearance. The beautiful contrasting blue hood coordinates with the interior perfectly and has been replaced by ourselves and is therefore like new.
INTERIOR
The interior is in a completely unworn condition, with minimal wear to be found. The carpet, trim, switches are all free of wear and have aged very well. The interior is in beautiful original condition and only suffers the slightest of wear from the sunlight. The seat bolsters are in equally as good and are free from any scuffs or sagging. The dashboard and centre console are also in equally fine condition, with no cracks or sun damage to be found. –A common weakness on E30s.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This E30 is powered by the 1. 8-litre four-cylinder unit, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The engine and gearbox work seamlessly together, and the car idles very quietly and starts crisply and smoothly. The car drives beautifully and keeps up well with modern traffic. Cruising around with the roof down makes this car a completely different experience and this E30 does this particularly well. The engine bay is wonderfully original, with a fresh appearance throughout.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The 15-inch BBS cross-spoke alloy wheels are in wonderful condition, having been refurbished when we renovated the car and are shod in a matching set of tyres, all with good tread.
HISTORY
This E30 318i Cabriolet was first registered in April 1991 and has a fully stamped service history. The car comes with the original service book that is all stamped up and has folder full of various receipts and invoices over the years. This car was purchased by a regular customer from ourselves a few years ago and has only been used extremely little since we sold it to them, with only a few hundred miles done since! This car has therefore been maintained properly and this is evident in person. This car is ready to be enjoyed on our roads. There is the original handbooks and service manual with the car.
