The Appeal
It brought back the Daytona’s evocative profile, and it was Ferrari’s most expensive production car. Today, the 456 is one of the best-value modern classic Maranello cars, but with those looks and that V12 powerhouse, it seems unlikely that’ll remain so for long.
This late model first-series 456 is classically finished in Grigio Titanio grey metallic with a lovely red leather cabin. With less than 22,500 miles from new it is in remarkable condition, looking much as if it just rolled out of the showroom.
The car spent its life in Hong Kong to 2018, when it arrived in the UK. The service history shows regular maintenance by main dealers and specialists to 20,547 miles. The last attention included a cambelt change. More recently there has been work to the exhaust system. It comes to market with lengthy MOT to June 2026 with no advisories.
The 456 GTA is a viscerally thrilling GT, yet one that can also be relaxing and comfortable over long trips. This well kept car is a great example of these very usable Ferraris.
