History – This 1958 Porsche 356A Coupe example was completed in May 1958 and ordered by Porsche Dealer Krauss in Nürnberg, Germany before being dispatched to a Mr Kiefer Durand from California, USA. It subsequently returned to Germany around 2013 (California number plate still with the car) and was put into storage by an astute classic car collector who would eventually commence the frame off, nut and bolt restoration in 2019. Completed in 2022, its Condition 1 status is confirmed with a comprehensive report confirming the cars fully matching numbers: chassis, engine and gearbox status. The car is now German registered with Historical status.
