Welcome to the sale of my 2001 Alfa GTV 2. 0 litre Twin Spark.
Had the car for two years now but due to taking on another couple of classic cars my garage is full and don't really have the time to drive the Alfa unfortunately, hence the low mileage.
It's been a great car and always brings a smile to my face when driving, has no issue's other then the usual maintenance which has been carried out by myself and the chaps at Alfa Tech in Huddersfield, in my opinion one of the best Alfa specialists.
The Alfa will come with the private reg, itself quite valuable.
Three keys and two immobiliser fobs and a USB stick with workshop manual etc. Car colour is Nero Black, the paint work has come up really well after giving it a recent machine polish. There are areas that could be better and it does have a few scrapes and very small dings but overall its looks great am just really fussy. The bonnet has stone chips and if I were keeping the car would probably address this. The rear wheel arches have the beginnings of rust with small areas of bubbling paint but that's the only rust and would be a quick fix. Have taken the best pictures possible to show the bodywork and happy to take more if needed.
After all is said the body looks great for it's age and stunning in Black my favourite Alfa GTV colour. The interior is in very great condition with black leather seats, the carpet is fantastic and looks almost new and the dials and other equipment is in fantastic condition as the photos show. Do have a small hole in the passengers door card where the door must have been shut onto the seat belt buckle, this is quite a common issue with the GTV, the drivers door card has a small crack which is not visible when the door is shut, see picture. With new MOT, and the recent history from my ownership. Don't have any more history before that but the car has been fully checked by myself and Alfa Tech and must have been well looked after in the past due to the condition being great. Comes with the original tool bag and tools, scissor jack, working Alfa air compressor, manual etc. Always garaged in my ownership and battery placed on charger.
Happy to listen to all offers and questions, probably missed something so please let me know. Have recently had new spark plugs, front discs and pads fitted along with a new MAF sensor and other suspension items. All the electrics work and the car has no warning lights and a full MOT. Drives great on the country roads and is really tight when cornering. No welding or structural issues.
Car is currently running on winter tyres, do have another set of alloys but these are not part of this sale.
