Car (as seen from accompanying photographs) is a 5 door hatchback with Ghia Specific trim for the 1991 – 1992 models.
I had used it in Germany between Dec 2019 and March 2022 for road tripping around Europe.
Been in storage since March 2022 and returned back to its original Irish registration and is now on Vintage (€56. 00) road tax paid for the year (12/ 2023).
A/ C also works following with replacement A/ C compressor fitted (have adapters to suit)
Brand new engine mounts fitted Jan 2022 along with prop shaft donut bush, centre prop bearing, rebuilt gearbox as mentioned.

Car will be serviced by a reputable garage as part of the sale.
Note: This car could be a good candidate for a RHD conversion or a a re-spray. Fuel economy is brilliant too. I’ve been getting over 500+ miles (800-870km/ hr) the tank with normal 50 – 120 km/ hr use between Regional and National Primary roads to Motorway driving and as noted on German Autobahn driving prior to returning to Ireland.
Ideally would prefer to see car go to a collector who won’t destroy the car with lowering etc.
Paint work isn’t the best hence price so could do with a clean up.
No rust as sealed underneath.
Original front Seats come with sale as I had bought and fitted Recaro seats which I had reupholstered at a cost of €1675. 00 last year to match fabric of the Ghia interior - so fabric and under base materials came to €575 from Martrim in the Uk. Reupholstering cost a further €1100. 00
Gearbox was fully reconditioned at cost of €1200 from a Ford specialist north of London in 2022 and refitted with new 3 piece clutch kit and centre roller bearing. Gearbox bearings, cradles bushes were all replaced. Wanted to keep car original with the original gearbox though I had bought two separate ones in case I needed them (also included in the parts to go with the sale).
All new brake lines, brake discs, pads, fluid, front ARB bushes, brand new front and rear suspension components including shock absorbers and coil springs.
Working Tilt-slide Electric sunroof and 4 electric windows.
Central locking and Ford car alarm as fitted from factory.
Original spare 14” polished Ghia alloy wheel and original spare tire in wheel well. Original Ghia alloys were diamond cut in 2019 and in very good condition with full thread depth.
Comes with set of 15” Softline alloys and summer tyres with centre caps.

Can come with a large roof box and Ford Sierra-specific roof bars if requested (extra €450. 00).
25-May-2023: Updated photos showing engine and gearbox prior to gearbox being sent off for full refurbishment, drive prop shaft removal for new UJs and rebalancing. Refurbed gearbox (original to car parts numbers). I'm the 3rd owner from new.
Was with one family from day it was bought to my purchase 8 years ago.
Comes with original bill of sale and all paperwork - nothing is missing.
