Here’s my beloved VOLVO 340 Saloon 1. 7 GL.
These cars unfortunately have been wiped out due to drifters and banger racing, there isn’t many 340 or 360’s left on the road.
This car has never been driven hard and has been looked after very much. The interior is in fantastic condition for its age and the paint job is excellent. It does have age related marks bur this car is almost 40 years old.
Has fully service history and passed its MOT with no advisories. I’ve personally looked after this car to the best of my standered, it’s got 4 new tyres and fully serviced. New cam belt, oil change, carbs have been tuned and she drives smooth and lovely.
I’m the 3rd owner and person I bought it off had intentions on drifting it but decided it was too clean and best to be left original.
This cars all original and I’d hate to see it go but would love for it to go to a new owner who will keep it original. If you are a Volvo enthusiast this is the car for you as it’s all original and rust free, the 1. 7 model has more poke than the 1. 4.
Whenever I attend car shows it’s one of the rarest cars there and always turns heads, it’s a delightful car with family practicality and retro styling.
The interior is super retro 80’s and the cotton seats are comfortable during the summer and the roll up windows is such a nice retro touch.
The sound of the engine is amazing and the carbs just give it that perfect touch.
There’s plenty of power and you cruise at 70 and keep up with modern traffic with no problem at all and a huge boot for all your car show supplies.
