After four incredibly enjoyable and reliable years of ownership, I am sadly selling my 1967 Primrose Yellow MGB GT.
• Engine – Always been very reliable, the engine pulls strongly, and the transmission and overdrive are smooth
• Suspension & Steering – We’ve fitted a larger anti-roll bar, steering rack adjustments, bushes and new springs, which has significantly improved the handling, it’s made her sharper and flatter when cornering without resulting in a harsh ride
• Brakes – Vehicle brakes smoothly and pulls up square
• Bodywork – Paintwork is in good condition all around. There is a small rust bubble along the scuttle on one side, which hasn’t noticeably changed over the four years I’ve owned the vehicle
• Other – Reliability upgrades include an alternator conversion, electric fuel pump, electric fan, and electronic ignition
• Many documented refurbishments and upgrades over the years, including a full rebuild by a previous owner
The reason for selling is I am expecting a baby later this year and won’t have the time and attention available to enjoy the car.
