1936 Morris 8 - series 1 - Four seat Tourer
One of the most successful British cars of the 1930’s, the Morris Eight was introduced in 1934. I have owned the vehicle for around 24 years.
Recently had a lot of work carried out including a replacement engine. All this work was carried out by William Heynes Ltd, Bidford Upon Avon. They are E-Type Jaguar restoration specialists.
The canvas hood will need replacing.
I have details of all the work carried out.
An ideal introduction to pre war motoring, being simple to maintain, easy to drive and surprisingly practical.
Number plate by seperate negotiation. First purchased the vehicle whilst my wife was pregnant with our first child. Having a keen interest in old car, I wanted something that was simple to maintain, with an open top and having the capability of carrying 4 people, the Morris Eight was the perfect match.
