* ULEZ FREE* I am pleased to present for sale my exceedingly rare 156 Sportwagon 2. 5 V6 Q System Veloce In stunning Azzuro Nuvola Blue, one of only 2 currently taxed in U. K. and the only one in this stunning Colour (this claim can be proven true!). I bought it from a real Alfa fanatic to keep and use but it is proving tricky to store and I also have my daily driver, a brilliant Peugeot RCZ R. This example has undergone light recommissioning at Autolusso Alfa Romeo specialist in Penrith. A full service, other maintenance and investigation work and fresh MOT was carried out there at a cost of 1279 in March. Invoice present. Further tidying up work has since been carried out in July at a cost of 630, including a smart set of upgraded chrome intake pipes from a 3. 0 V6 (slightly larger bore for improved breathing). Should the full asking price be met I will include 12 months advisory free MOT. There are also no warning lights on the dashboard and it is ready to go. The engine performs very well, starts instantly, idles perfectly, sounds predictably wonderful and revs freely. Also included in the sale is a spare radiator, Nuvola blue touch in paint and 1 Alfa badge. The history file belonging to this car beggars belief and is its real USP. All invoices from new including the original bill of sale, the second bill of sale from 2013 and all of the service history is present and totals over 30, 000. Everything is here and in date order. There are 3 documented timing belt and water pump changes (last done in 2019 By Superleggera in Aylesbury. The gearbox oil has also been changed 3 times, most recently in March. The oil is clear as honey and all gear changes are smooth, if a little simpler than modern dual clutch standards! The manual function works fine in all modes and is great to use. The original design of the box is Japanese and was fitted to a few Lexus V8 models in the 90s. As such it is a strong unit and can easily handle the 2. 5 torque output. The interior is present and correct from boot lid to dashboard and is in good used condition, as can be expected. The leather in classic Alfa fashion is high quality, comfortable and tactile. The exterior is also in a very acceptable state. There are stone chips here and there, a few marks too but nothing too out of the ordinary and is 100% original.
