Yamaha TRX850, 1996.
A beautiful and wholly original TRX850 Yamaha twin in immaculate condition. Only 4900 miles (going up a little as I still use it on dry days!). It's very unlikely that there's another in the UK that has a combination of such low mileage and condition as this one. Plus, it's in the best colour!
It does have commonly upgraded brake calipers (blue spot Yam 600 type), but I still have the originals for that 100% authentic look.
Some TRXs will be cheaper, some might be dearer, but I doubt many will be better than this one. But the best thing about it is that it sounds and rides fabulously and belies its growing classic status with very decent modern performance, handling and fuel consumption. All good enough to keep up with pretty much anything you like using the very torquey 270° cranked twin, which sounds lovely and quiet.
