MK1 MX5 1. 6 excellent condition recent new front wings and repaired inner wings where required, interior in superb condition with a new blaupunkt stereo fitted, mohair hood with glass rear window, new tyres, recent full service and the timing belt has been replaced approximately 1000 miles ago, we have fitted Gaz gold pro coil overs all round that are rebound adjustable, the brakes have been replaced with vented MX5 parts new disks and new pads along with braided rake lines, the exhaust is a cobolt stainless system with an mx5 parts stainless manifold. The rear diff has been upgraded to a 1. 8 4. 1:1 ratio diff and the car has a factory hard top with it.
The underside has surface rust on the suspension parts but nothing is seized as we have disassembled most of it to fit the various parts. The car is in excellent condition but it is 30 plus years old so it does have age related marks and a couple of small dentsThis little car was purchased by myself and my son with the intention of sharing it, we have really enjoyed fitting all the parts to make it drive the way it does, unfortunately he now has a job in Bedfordshire and will be driving a lot more so it?s not really suitable for that.
