I purchased this car on the 31st July 2003 from Piccadilly Motors Ltd the then Alfa Romeo Dealer in Knaresborough near Harrogate North Yorkshire. I used the car as my everyday vehicle for just over 11 years until September 2014 when I then purchased a Range Rover Evoque.
I have all the service and maintenance invoices some of which are from Piccadilly Motors Ltd and then a local company called RWS. The last Cam Belt change was on the 21st February 2008 when the mileage was around 75000 miles. So clearly that's a job waiting to be done!
As you can see from the pictures this is a very clean and good looking car and as such the bodywork is in excellent condition for a 20 years old car.
Over the past few weeks I have spend over £1, 300. 00, including an MOT. The car required some welding repair on the off-side sill area. Cost £398. 50. I have also had a replacement fuel metering unit fitted. Cost £150. 00. The Crank Senor and Brake Pipe have been replaced and a new Bosch Battery (S4008) fitted. IMO this car is best suited to an Alfa Romeo enthusiast who can now take ownership of the car and perhaps apply his/ her own skill to keep the car in good working order rather than have to pay dealers high maintenance costs.
So in conclusion, this is a One Owner Car that could become a future classic in the years to come. If like me you love Alfas and Lancias then this is a great opportunity to purchase a car that has been loved and looked after.
