so what with having too many bikes I have decided to sell my Tenere and a couple of other bikes too..... the bike is matching numbers and in nice condition it had an engine rebuild by RAP Super bikes before I bought it..... as I said the bike is in nice condition being kept in my heated garage although I would say a very minimal light recommissioning would be advisable as it's been standing idle and not started / used for over a year and consequently the battery is dead 2 other noteworthy points are the Rev counter is broken (which doesn't affect riding it) and the yellow exhaust side number sticker is missing..... the bike has an electric starter as well as a kick starter..... I'd say make a sensible offer and then come and view it...... kind Regards..... RussI bought the Tenere in beautiful Faraway Blue (the best colour by far) some 2 years ago with a vague idea that I was going to go Green Laning the reality however was I've never been off road with it and have actually done less than 200 miles on it..... these Dakar bikes are somewhat a rarity these days especially with that huge Tank in Faraway Blue with a little light recommissioning you'll have something that will be going up in value especially when you compare to the rather vanilla XT500
