1954 6T Rigid Triumph Thunderbird
Fully restored this year to USA Blackbird spec. Matching numbers 6T 53586. Delivered to Humphrey’s , Mansfield 25. 5. 1954.
Black and gold lined paint including new wheels, black centres, gold lined chrome rims by Central wheels Birmingham c/ w new Avon tyres and stainless spokes.
Engine and gearbox rebuilt with reground shell crank, +. 040 new pistons, new main bearings. Sprung hub rear.
New wiring loom, solid state regulator, 6 V gel batteries, refurbished SU carburettor, rebuilt K2F magneto refurbished revolator speedo, new chains , clutch and cables
Last year of the rigid frame and first year of the alternator. Selling for a customer to fund new builds of another two Thunderbirds.
Runs and rides really smooth with SU carb.
