Brought 12 years ago, running for the past 10: the car was derelict when purchased and has been restored. It has been used regularly and is in good order (but could do with a re-paint) being kept operational and used for my 20 mile work commute.
The car retains a 6 volt positive earth system with trafficators and re-mirrored head lights. The engine was reconditioned with new rings, retains white metal bearings and has an electronic ignition fitted. Cills and bodywork are sound as it has been stored in a Clarke's garage tent. The car has its original number cast aluminium plates of OEA 7 and I have documentation from when it was registered to go with the car.
The interior Bakelite trims are fitted with one broken surround, the original faux leather seats are in good condition and a new headlining and door cards were fitted.
The car comes with some spares and auxiliary bits. The car drives well being used often and I've completed two trips from the Cotswolds to Cornwall and back in it smoothly. I'm happy for people to view the car by appointment. It's a fun drive and posted here only as a reluctant sale due to a house move.
