Cambelt and water pump changed in 2022.
Full service history with oil services carried out each year. In my ownership it's always been run on 99RON and warmed up correctly.
Options include full heated, leather with electric lumbar. Being an earlier car it also features the blue factory window tint only found in the earlier GTIs - making this look superb with the matching metallic blue paintwork.
The front wings were replaced with new ones due to the common rust problem found on MK5 Golfs. It's a common problem on these, therefore do check if looking at others!
In terms of condition it's just the usual minor wear and tear to bodywork you’d expect for the age of car.
