Here at Real Life Classics we are pleased to offer a vary rare original RHD MGA 1600cc . This MG was registered in 1959 and has had three previous registered owners.
It still has the original registration number 1462MC and comes with a current V5. I believe it was last on the road in the 1980's maybe before. It has been dry stored for at least 35 years.
As you've no doubt worked out its a non runner and requires substantial work . Having said that it is complete and untouched and perfect for restoration.
The chassis is rusty but complete . Most of the outer panels look repairable . The nearside sill area is very poor
The interior seems to be all there except the drivers seat base. The engine and ancillaries are all there and the battery is still connected. I've not tried to turn the engine but assume its seized.
Make no mistake this will be a big restoration but being an original UK RHD car makes for a very interesting opportunity
