Presenting my absolutely pampered Range Rover P38 4. 0 HSE finished in Oslo Blue with rare Lightstone Oxford Leather. This is probably one of the finest examples for sale on the market and certainly the best one I've owned. Rare P38 that’s London ULEZ and CAZ compliant as well as all of the UK emissions restricted zones so people living/ driving within these zones do not need to worry (See last 2 Photos) Only selling as I have managed to acquire an L322 5. 0 Autobiography in a spec I really wanted. A huge amount of maintenance and work has been invested in this Range Rover ensure it presents to such a high standard as well as being an extremely reliable vehicle. All typical P38 issues have been resolved or are not present. I have never experienced any electrical gremlins which are typical for P38’s. I as well as the previous owner are P38 enthusiasts and he actually owned 2 at the same time, this being the cherished tidy weekend car to go to the shooting range in. He loved the car so much he actually owned it twice! A box file full of service history and maintenance invoices proves its provenance and I'll go through some of the work done to the car over my ownership. Passed MOT with no advisories, Next MOT due Feb 2025. The previous owner did a head gasket replacement and skim along with a new water pump and various pulleys and coolant hoses. The engine performs extremely well and has never caused issues. Coolant and brake fluid flush done recently. Being a fussy owner and knowing how these cars are, I fitted a new Yuasa Battery as well as a brand new alternator. EAS air suspension has been completely rebuilt with 4x new airbags, new Dunlop air compressor as well as height sensors. The system works perfectly and does not lower if let for a couple days. The mechanical side of the suspension has been completely rebuilt in July 2023 with EVERY SINGLE BUSH REPLACED as well as new drag link, track rod, steering damper and ALL ball joints.
Gearbox and drivetrain perform well with fluid changed front and rear differential fluid as well as transfer box flushed. 4x New GKN Propshaft universal joints fitted along with new exhaust centre and both rear sections. Matching new Goodyear tyres x4 with alignment and new brake discs and pads x4 fitted July 2023 along with 2 new rear callipers as well as recent brake line replacement. Heater core seals have been replaced as well as all of the dashboard bulbs and climate control lamps. Harman/ Kardon system sounds incredible! I have rebuilt the subwoofer with 2x new speakers. Nav system work well with disc and manual present. Interior looks beautiful with a new headliner. Vehicle running on premium Prinns VSI 2 LPG System which works faultlessly and was serviced Aug 2023. I have has many compliments from P38 specialist mechanics and LPG installers on how well this system has been installed. As you can tell I have really cherished this car and it shows.
