It has written service book till 56486-30. 03. 2009. Now the odometer shows 81000.
I have no proof if this is accurate actual mileage.
I bought the car in 01. 2020 from Germany.
It was in a garage for 8-9 years(according to previous owner). Was in fair state, but i decided to do a full restoration in the summer of 2021 as it is a rare F1 Edition(only 500 for the German market).
The resto work was done to the highest possible standart-built from a bare shell(i have almost 200 pics from the process). The underside went thfough cold galvanisation with 99. 99% zinc, then epoxy, primer, factory underside Ford color(the engine bay is same colour)and then Fertan waxoil treatment. The whole body is professionally painted in the original beautiful Lugano blau Ford colour.
The side moulding have all jacking covers.
New front windscreen, all new suspension, all new brakes(with front drilled Zimmermann discs), all new bushings, brake pipes, brake hoses etc. All fixings underside and in engine bay are new or went through zinc refurbish in respective original shade of zinc(white or yellow). The front and rear subframes and all related parts are powdercoated in black. All other metal parts on the car, which were in black are also powdercoated in black. Front brake calipers had new zinc coat(as from factory) and also refurbished with new seals and pads. All engine and gearbox fixings are zinc coated. All aluminuim parts on engine and gearbox are waterblasted to give them their factory look.
The engine has all new gaskets, new piston rings, new crankshaft shells. The cylinder head also went through an intensive inspection-new exhaust valves, leak check, crack check. New Bosch coils with spark plug cables. All new engine harness from main loom to spark plugs. New thermostat, new bolts for thermostat housing, powdercoated engine pulleys, the block also painted in black, water tubes and dipstick pipe also zinc coated.
The interior is flawless, we have new headlining, new upholstered steering wheel and gear knob in genuine leather. The electric dash work perfect.
The car has powdercoated 17 inch Ford wheels with 205/ 40/ 17 Kumho Ecsta tyres
Also has the original wheels present, powdercoated.
The engine benefits from Sebring catback system and has nice sound. The coilovers from ST(KW) gives the car the edge it needs in terms of roadhandling.

-new OEM RS wheels capsIn its current state, the car is flawless and is made to a concourse standard, but with driving in mind(hence the underside protection)The special ordered ST(KW) coilover suspension brings the chassy to a whole new level. The engine is strong and revvy, has done 1000 km since the car was put on the road.
Every one of these F1 Editions has certificate, signed by F1 driver Heinz-Harold Frentzen, with serial number. Thia car is N388 from 500.
As an addition, there's the original sales brochure and pricelist for the F1 Edition in DM. The car is 99% original, apart from coilovers and exhaust system. Very rare F1 Edition, especially in this state of restoration, it soon would turn 30 and become a desired classic RS.
