Here at DMB Collection, we are delighted to market this 1972 Ford ****** RS2000 Restomod! Based on the MK1 1300L chassis, this example is equipped with the well-renowned 2. 1 Ford ***** engine. However, HPE Motorsport was called in for a complete overhaul. With that in mind the engine was stripped down, and fully rebuilt using forged rods, forged pistons, full-race head, HPE-spec camshafts, billet alloy toothed pulleys, Twin 44 IDF carburettors, MSD ignition and lots more. In conclusion, what you get is a very strong, well-built 2. 1 rally derived engine, producing over 220bhp! All of that paired to a Type-9 Five Speed gearbox, Limited Split Differential, and 3J Halfshafts, makes for an incredible drive!
Taking the rest of the work a step further this example also comes equipped with a fully custom GAZ suspension setup, vented brake discs, braided brake lines, Sierra Cosworth rear callipers, Ferrari 355 front seats, carbon fibre door cards, stainless steel exhaust system, 9x15 inch Minilite alloys and so much more!
