Every Alfa Romeo connaisseur knows the GTA from the early 2000’s. The last cars with the legendary Busso V 6 engines that, for many Alfisti, is the last real Alfa Romeo engine produced.
The 147 GTA was launched at the end of 2002 and was produced untill the early 2006. Only 4025 handshifted cars were ever produced.
With it’s 6 cylinder, 3. 2 l engines that produces 250 hp at 300 Nm, this was at that moment the ultimate Alfa Romeo you could buy.
These cars are becoming more and more rare and today, you can expect to pay for an Alfa Romeo 147 GTA with low milage arround 30. 000 euros.
The car we are presenting here was put on the road in Germany in december 2004. It was used as a road car untill the end of 2008.
With only 68500 km on the odometer, the owner started to convert the car into a racecar together with a friend, the transformation was completed at the end of 2011 according to the invoices.
They spend about € 14. 000 on the car starting with a full rebuild on the engine furthermore the added ;

Unfortunately they never went racing for whatever reason and the car was stocked in a heated garage.
I aquired the car in april 2015 as an extension to my Alfa Romeo and Maserati collection and used it only 4 times for a track day. In september 2015, I stashed it away in a garage where it sat untill now. The odo meter now reads arround 70. 500 km
In january 2024 the car was brought to Serge Power, a race and performance car specialist who changed all fluids and belts, now the car is ready to be used.
You could use the car in 3 ways ;
Make it fast roadlegal car again since the german paperwork is still with the car.
Use it as a relaiable track day car, easy to drive, even for a starter, since it is a front wheel driven car.
Use it as a race car in an Alfa Romeo series, there are plenty more horsepower to find if you would want that.
This Alfa Romeo GTA comes with all maintenance invoices from day one, an extra set of wheels with tyres and a few spare parts.
Inspection is possible on appointment, the car il located a mere 200 m from the Zolder race track in Belgium.
Note : the car has a little dent on the passenger side behind the front wheel.
