The car is at gkd evolution based on the excellent ginetta g27 chassis introduced in the 1980s and is a quality build with Incredible attention to detail. On the 27th of February 2005 JKD sports cars purchased the g27 chassis jigs and body moulds and patterns and drawings from ginetta. A number of improvements were introduced to the front and rear aerodynamics exterior styling greater rigidity for the chassis reduced weight and enhanced front suspension geometry. The cockpit was updated to give more interior space. The gkd produced their own fabricated suspension uprights instead of compromising the design to take Donor uprights the improved car renamed the evolution was launched in 2006. This particular car was built over 3 years and I have virtually every invoice and technical specification filed for this car including a CD with build pictures Via its own laptop.
