Beautiful condition MGA, owned by present owner for last 30 years. It was imported by the owner from Texas, all original documentation available and was changed from left hand to right hand drive. At the same time it had a full nut and bolt restoration with rebuilt engine and all mechanics and the upgrade of a 5 speed gearbox. Original gearbox will come with the car. The car shows nice signs of an older restoration with a little patina. The car has been used all year round on dry days, stored in a garage and been continually well maintained.
This 1959 MGA 1600 mark 1 Roadster is finished in OEW with red leather interior and carpets. It has a black mohair hood with side screens and full tonneau cover with bag and pressed steel wheels and chrome boot/ luggage rack (not currently fitted).
The car has a Heritage Sheet and extensive history and photos of the restoration. This is an excellent example of a MGA, offering the rare opportunity for the new owner to purchase a car with the unique history of having been loved by the current owner for over 30 years.
