Description
Here we have my lovely 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint, this is a genuine sprint, with its high compression 289ci V8 and T10 4 speed manual gearbox.
This particular car is finished is in guardsman blue, with a black interior.
The centre of the dash where the radio would have been has been replaced with a custom made oil pressure gauge, clock and voltage gauge, with auxiliary switches for the rally lights, washer and horn.
this particular sprint handles beautifully, due to the fact that it has full competition suspension, with stiffer anti roll bars, all put together by Alan Mann Racing in Surrey. It wouldn't take much at all to turn this into an FIA racer, a fuel cell, roll cage and you're away.
the 289 runs very nicely and sounds fantastic with its dual side exit exhausts. All in all the car is in lovely condition and has always been taken care of by Henry Mann himself.
I will be sad to see it go.
