My Grandfathers prized possession has been used sparingly over the last 15 years but has been maintained to a high standard.
Only pulled out of it's lockup to be worked on, run and cleaned - you won't find a cleaner or more original example of a rare Japanese import.
Sadly my Grandfather is no long able to enjoy using this due to age.
Some age related marks as to be expected at 34 years old.
Less than 75 on the road in the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to own a JDM classic.
The Toyota Sera was developed from the AXV-II concept car, which was first shown at the 1987 Tokyo Motor Show. The model featured remarkable butterfly doors, a first on any mass-produced Japanese car, and widely acknowledged, by even Gordon Murray himself, as the inspiration behind the door design of the McLaren F1.
The factory specification includes projector headlights, a three-spoke steering wheel, the optional Sera Super Live sound system, automatic air conditioning, a Toyota-branded CD stereo, electric windows, and a heated rear windscreen.
A picture of this car was sent to Doug DeMuro (Worlds most successful automotive YouTuber) and inspired him to create the following video;
