Sadly only available due to bereavement, this gorgeous car was originally was sold new in 1953 to the United States before being brought back to the UK in 1997 by the current owner (showing 0 previous keepers)
The car was the subject of a complete restoration in the late 1990’s > early 2000’s
The car is in superb condition but due to being in storage for the last two or three years requires some light recommissioning.
Bodywork is in excellent condition, as is all the chrome work.
Interior is in lovely condition, everything was new or refurbished. New leather seats supplied by Brown & Gammons. New hood frame with hood and side screens “side screens still unused and required fitting”
Clocks have been refurbished and require fitting.
Engine has been rebuilt as has the gearbox
The invoices for new parts run into many thousands of pounds. Almost everything supplied by MG T series specialist Brown & Gammons.
This is a beautiful car, very little work and this will quickly be on the road.
Only selling as we just have to many projects.
Huge history file including Heritage certificate, all invoices for the restoration etc etc.

We are mainly interested in British sports and saloon cars from the 1960s and 1970s, but can appreciate a good car from any era and often have a diverse range of stock.
Over the years we have enjoyed restoring cars which has given us a solid background and embedded us in a network of enthusiasts. In the last few years our direction has changed slightly towards hunting out classics, from barn finds to turn key beauties.
