Purchased from the previous owners who had completed a more basic restoration, we have since done the following to bring the car much further on mechanically.
Positives:

* Carburettor.
* Points and digital power monitor
* Battery
* Oil and oil filter
* Oil pipe
* Fuel pipe
* Starter motor lead and terminal block
* Fuel tank sender unit
* CV boots inner and outer
* Dampers
* NSF ball joint
* Boot and door seals
* Quick release front grill
* Replace door hinges
* Brake pads
Other work carried out
* Electrical work on indicators, replace bulbs
* Battery bracket fitted
* Flush radiator and add new coolant
* Replace subframe with a very good condition s/ h subframe
* Drain gearbox oil and replace with new
* Realign both doors after new hinges were fitted.
Our Mini was put on the Dyno and tuned to ensure it is running really well.
All the above work and tuning was carried out by classic car and Mini racing specialists “At Speed Racing”
Negatives:
* Our Mini was trimmed inside by the previous owners to an ok standard but this could definitely be improved
* There is a couple of small area's on the outside paint that could be improved and tidied up. Our Mini isn't perfect, but she is mechanically sorted and is a great fun car to drive. She is priced very sensibly and has a low mileage of just 18, 691 which makes her a great affordable Mini for someone to take her to the next level by tidying up the cosmetics.
