1974 Triumph Stag, automatic, Pimento with black interior
Fully serviced and fettled recently after little use in recent years, this Stag is In superb order inside and out – straight bodywork, unmarked Pimento Red paint, rust-free underside. Chrome and carpets in excellent condition, as are the original wood dashboard, seats and interior trim. Stag alloy wheels in good condition, tyres almost full tread. Strong battery - starts, drives and stops with no issues. Engine sounds superb, revs very smoothly, all electrics in working order. Tight suspension and steering, very comfortable ride. Shows 95, 000 miles, hardly used for many years until regular use in my ownership since last year.
Tax and MoT exempt but new MoT included.
Original 2997cc Triumph V8 with no modifications - recent compression tests average 161psi, engine temperature always stable and never hot (including hot weather), burns no oil.
