1975 Triumph Stag in very good condition.
~Very good original and untouched white bodywork.
~Original Triumph 3L V8 engine and automatic gearbox in fine fettle ( see below ).
~Chrome and wheels in geat condition.
~Tyres all matching and hardly worn.
~Dashboard, seat material and trim, instruments and controls all in good condition.
~She has an excellent black mohair soft top with a completely clear rear window.
I have plenty of history and receipts including a list of ownership etc.
~ She is exempt from MOT testing, there is no road tax to pay and classic car insurance is very cheap.
I have owned her for 10 years and she has been kept covered in a heated garage.
She is fitted with an immobiliser.
I have not used her much recently and an impending move means she must go.
There are one or two minor issues that I've just lived with but a new owner may wish to deal with :- ~She could do with new carpets and although the seat material is in good shape they ideally require new foam padding.
~She has a modern Weber carburettor which has greatly improved starting and running but requires a crankcase breather since it does cause oil to end up on the top of the crankcase. A simple and inexpensive job.
~ The starter motor is fine but the solenoid is a bit sticky at times..
