Triumph Herald 1200 1968. Owned 11 years. Wedgewood Blue with white stripe & shadow blue interior. Herald 13/ 60 engine, Spitfire Mk4 all syncro gearbox, Vitesse alloy front hubs (very expensive), new vertical links & trunnions, vitesse front disc brakes, webasto roof, stainless exhaust, alternator conversion, Vitesse front seats. New clutch, new brake & clutch master cylinders, new clutch slave cylinder. Lovely pretty little car. A couple of paint blemishes. It had 4 new wheelarches fitted around 10 years ago. Seats are good but carpet is tatty. Starter motor jams but I do have another to go with car. I can get it to start. Have had it running recently and driven it up and down the road but haven't done any distance for about a year. An awful lot of work has been done to this over the last couple of years during its conversion from 1200 to 13/ 60 which makes it a much more usable car. Always dry stored and never taken out in the wet. As it needs a few things doing to finish it off then expect a weekend to sort it if you're knowledgeable on Triumphs.
