I’m selling my 1995 Rover 600 SLi. It has 34, 200 miles on the clock. I bought it last September from the previous elderly owner who was giving up driving. He had owned it since 1995 and covered just 2, 650 miles since 2006 but still had it serviced and MOT’d annually as the paperwork I have shows. It was originally registered to Rover Group for the first 9 months.
The car has electric windows all round, electric door mirrors, electric sunroof, electric aerial and power steering, all in full working order as is everything else. The car drives very well.
I had the cambelt changed last November at 31, 000 miles and put 2 new rear tyres on at 31, 600 miles. It has an MOT until October 2025.
The interior is in excellent condition with front and rear Rover rubber mats. Externally the paint does have lacquer and some paint peel and the lustre is poor. There is a bubble of rust at the n/ s rear arch/ bumper join and some rust by the o/ s rear arch / bumper join.
I bought the car to do some voluntary driving to save racking up miles on my modern car but that has now ceased hence deciding to sell/ change the car.
