I drove this car up from Southampton to Yorkshire last year and it never missed a beat, I drive it on a daily basis without any issues, it starts on the button and keeps up with modern traffic. 125700 genuine miles on a non turbo bulletproof Diesel engine equates to less than 4, 000 miles a year. The ZX spent the first 3 years of it's life in Torquay, in 1994 it was sold to a lady in Poole Dorset, who owned it for the next 30 years, looking after the car with no expense spared. I saw the car for sale on an internet site last April being sold by a dealer in Southampton. I bought it without seeing it because I just liked it and it sat well, I did own one in the 90's, nostalgia I suppose. Anyway, I've just bought another car and need the space.
