Description
I am selling this lovely example if a Sunbeam S8 due to having too many bikes.
The bike is from 1951 and has been restored at some point over the last 15 years (although I am not exactly sure when) painted in the very nice metallic grey. ALL fasteners, spokes, spindles, etc have been replaced with Stainless steel. The front brake was upgraded to one off of a BSA Goldstar, I do have the original front wheel too wish to put it back to standard. Tyres are Dunlop, and I believe are some of the last UK made ones. I have various manuals, drawings, etc and other paperwork. Included in the sale is a very heavy duty cover made by a friend of mine who makes marine covers which has been custom made and measured for the bike.
There are a couple of marks in the paint on the front mudguard, but other than that the pair is pretty spot on.
If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch.
